My abuelos thought it would be better if they didn’t introduce them to spanish so that english would be their first language and life in America would be easier for them. Honestly, it’s extremely difficult. The best is to visit a Spanish-speaking country and stay there a while. I don’t think any lessons will teach it to you quickly. It really takes time, dedication and practice.
